Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdulhussain Bin Ali Mirza, the first Water and Energy Sustainable Innovation and Industry Conference was held in March 2018 by the University of Bahrain (UoB).
With over 200 participants attending, and speakers coming from several top universities in the UK, Australia, Africa and the Middle East, the conference has taken on global importance. The key aim of the conference was to share the outcome of the three research collaborations between the UoB and University of Oxford, Loughborough University and Aston University.
